Casino campaigns
Lucky Rush. During its campaign period, our Lucky Rush promotion spans 45 network leaderboards with a total cash prize pool of £5,000,000. You must opt in and play selected slots with cash. Points are based on win-to-bet ratio, and your top 25 spins count. Qualification requires at least 100 points, with a maximum of 10,000 spins and 1 prize per leaderboard per player.
Daily tournaments and weekly wheel drops. For the campaign period, our promotion offers over 97,000 weekly prizes from a £25,000,000 prize pot shared with other operators. To take part, opt in and place cash bets on selected games.
Weekly casino loss-back. For the length of the campaign, eligible members with at least 3 deposits made within a qualifying window that opened before the campaign itself receive 5% of weekly net casino losses, subject to exclusions. We credit a Casino Bonus on Fridays up to £10, or up to £100 for members with net casino losses overall. The bonus lasts 3 days, requires 2x wagering and has a maximum takeout of £1,000.
Awards and wagering
Free bets or promotional awards of any kind cannot be withdrawn. Casino campaign or competition credits are playable bonus funds rather than withdrawable cash unless their own terms specify otherwise. We may reclaim credited bonus amounts if you attempt to withdraw them.
Wagering requirements set the number of times or amount that must be bet for each bonus before winnings can be withdrawn. They apply to every bonus as specified in its promotion terms. Requesting withdrawal of linked money before completion invalidates the bonus and all winnings generated from it. Bonus winnings become withdrawable only after the requirements for all bonuses received are complete. Our bonus terms also prohibit withdrawal of any balance funds, including the initial deposit, until wagering requirements have been completed.
You cannot activate an offer while your account already contains a bonus in progress. Pending offers can only be activated after you have met the wagering requirement for the current bonus.
Towards our bonus wagering requirements, slots and Scratch Cards contribute 100%, progressive slots and Baccarat contribute 0%, all roulette varieties and BlackJack contribute 10%, and Poker contributes 5%.
Promotion conditions
Our bonus-abuse rules include identity fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, software manipulation, exploiting game faults or loopholes, using software or website flaws or errors, and other activity we reasonably consider cheating whether or not it brings financial advantage. Bonus manipulation or abuse leads us to deduct the bonus and associated winnings and close the account.
Using Cash Out may end eligibility for a promotion under that promotion's terms. Bonuses on bets such as Lucky 15, Lucky 31 and Lucky 63 do not apply when Cash Out closes the bet.
Our sportsbook
We take bets on horse racing and greyhound racing in Great Britain, Ireland and abroad, on football from international matches to league and cup competitions, and on tennis, cricket, golf, rugby union, rugby league, snooker, darts, motor racing, GAA and boxing, with markets on many other sports as well.
Placing and accepting bets
A bet is void if the required stake is not transmitted in full before the event commences, unless we choose to accept it subject to authorisation. You cannot cancel or change a bet once it has been placed and acceptance of the bet has been confirmed by us through a generated receipt or your open or settled bets record.
We may void a bet accepted without sufficient funds. If a payment processor cancels a deposit and leaves insufficient funds, we may retrospectively cancel accepted bets and void their winnings. If evidence shows a series of bets containing the same selection placed by or for the same individual or syndicate, we may void those bets and suspend or close the accounts, whether the bets are settled or unsettled.
Events, late bets and related selections
When an event is cancelled, we automatically cancel related bets and refund the stake. Where no applicable specific-sports market rule exists, our default rules void bets on a tournament or competition cancelled or postponed indefinitely before any event takes place once the governing body confirms it.
Under our general placing-a-bet terms, we cancel bets inadvertently accepted after the start time and all parts of an inadvertently accepted multiple. Under our specific late-bet rules, bets inadvertently accepted after betting closes or when an outcome may be indicated settle at the correct price when placed. Bets placed after the final result is known are void.
Our general terms reject multiples whose same-event or related-event selections affect each other and cancel them if accepted in error. Our related-contingency betting rules split an erroneously accepted multiple into individual bets with equal stakes across contingent elements. Where related parts resolve at different times, we settle as instructed at each later leg's stage price unless special double or accumulative odds are available.
Odds and settlement
Our displayed odds are indicative only and vary over time depending on factors such as stake size. We may void bets involving obvious pricing errors caused by typing, human or palpable errors at our absolute discretion. We can display either fractional or decimal odds, but settlement calculations use underlying decimal odds, so displayed fractional odds may not represent the exact payout. We credit winnings after confirmation of the final result.
For a single horse-racing bet on a non-runner, we make your bet void and return your stake, except that ante-post bets settle as losers. In a dead heat, we divide your selection's stake by the number of tied runners or competitors, pay full odds proportionately on the divided stake and treat the remaining stake as losing.
Create-A-Bet and Cash Out
If any Create-A-Bet market is void or pushed, the entire bet is void or pushed. That includes a selected goalscorer who does not play, regardless of the other selections.
Cash Out lets you settle a bet early to lock in a profit or a loss. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and a request may fail if a market suspends or odds move before processing. Where we offer it before an event without covering that event in-play, Cash Out becomes unavailable at the start. For both Create-A-Bet and Cash Out, we may reverse a settlement if the bet, a selection or the market was settled in error.
Maximum payouts
Our bets are subject to maximum payouts regardless of stake, and cross-sport or multiple bets use the lowest applicable maximum. Where an approved staking level could produce winnings above the scheduled maximum, we are obliged to pay only that maximum.
We accept deposits through the debit-card types Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Visa Electron and Maestro, including via Apple Pay. We accept bank transfers where agreed in writing. We retain discretion to refuse a payment type without giving a reason, even if we previously accepted it or usually accept it.
We do not accept credit cards as payment for gambling regardless of issuing country. This includes electronic or digital payments using money loaded from a credit card through supported wallets.
Our minimum deposit amount is £10. You can gamble immediately after the deposit transaction has been confirmed.
We do not charge you for depositing using your debit card or otherwise for gambling-related payments through our services. Applicable withdrawal or management fees are exceptions to our debit-card no-charge rule. Banks or issuers may charge deposit, withdrawal or currency-exchange fees for which we are not liable.
Our anti-money laundering obligations may require documentary and other evidence of deposited funds' source or origin. If you cannot supply satisfactory information, we may reasonably suspend or terminate your account and withhold funds, including winnings. We check all transactions and may report suspicious transactions to the National Crime Agency.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals require all account payments to have cleared without chargeback, reversal or cancellation, completion of required identity and anti-money laundering checks, and compliance with our terms and other applicable rules and policies. We may request further compliance information, and service-specific checks may delay withdrawal. We contact you via your registered email address if we need further information, such as identification documents, to process winnings.
We may decline or reverse withdrawal of unspent or otherwise unused deposits until their source and legitimacy have been confirmed.
If you deposited by debit card, we pay requested winnings back to the same card. If you deposited by bank transfer, we pay requested winnings to the same originating bank account. If your depositing debit card has expired or cannot be credited, you need to deposit using a valid card registered in the name of the account holder before funds can be withdrawn to that card.
Our minimum debit-card withdrawal is £10 unless your account is being closed, when any account balance can be withdrawn. On account closure, we send the remaining balance to your registered method of deposit. Reimbursement on termination concerns the undisputed balance, provided our terms and the applicable rules have been met. We pay it under our payment rules or, where that is not possible, by a method we choose.
Your account
Eligibility and registration
To register with us, you must be 18 years of age or older and resident in Great Britain and Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. You must be physically in those territories to gamble with us.
To register, you must provide a username, title, first and last name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, marketing preferences and acceptance of terms and conditions. Before depositing, you must also provide your home address and country.
Identity and account use
We carry out automated identity checks on registration information and a third-party search to verify that you are at least 18. If those checks cannot verify your age, we require documentary age evidence. Without confirmation of your age, we cannot open your account.
You may not open more than one account with us. If you do, we will suspend or close your account and void all settled and unsettled bets.
Manage your gambling
Our teams are unable to circumvent, override or remove any limits or controls you have set yourself.
Deposit limits
You can set deposit limits for total deposits over 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Decreases apply immediately. An increase requires a 24 hour cooling off period, after which you must return to the Deposit Limit page and accept the limit. We ask you to consider affordability and not increase a limit to recover lost money.
Casino loss limits
Our Casino Loss Limits restrict casino losses calculated as total casino stakes minus total returns over a 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day period. They take effect immediately when first set, run from your chosen date and time, then reset and restart automatically. Decreases take effect immediately. An increase requires you to return after at least 24 hours and positively reconfirm it. Any confirmed change resets the previous limit without counting earlier winnings or losses.
Reality Checks
Our members receive an automatic Reality Check of 60 minutes, our maximum interval. Its pop-up must be accepted to continue. You can set a shorter interval with immediate effect. A longer interval only applies after a 24 hour wait, once you return to the Reality Checks page and accept the new time.
Timeout
Our Timeout periods are 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 6 weeks. During your chosen period, account access is blocked and you receive no Fitzdares marketing, although our team can answer questions about open bets or your account. After expiry, you can log in normally if you feel ready.
Self-exclusion
Our fixed self-exclusion periods are 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and 5 years, and permanent exclusion is also available on request.
To self-exclude, choose Self-Exclude in the My Account section of your Fitzdares account, or clearly request self-exclusion from customer services with your chosen period. Allow up to 24 hours for support processing. A support request defaults to 6 months unless you explicitly state otherwise. A request without clear self-exclusion wording closes the account instead and permits reopening on request. You can extend an exclusion on request by further periods of at least 6 months each.
Self-exclusion prevents account access and removes you from marketing after completion regardless of preferences. After the period expires, you must request reactivation and complete a Compliance Team Reactivation Phone Call. A 24 hour cooling-off delay then runs from the moment you asked to return and a member of the Compliance Team has spoken to you.
Further controls and support
UK residents can register with GAMSTOP to self-exclude from online gambling operators licensed in Great Britain. You must enter accurate details and must not circumvent exclusion. Access prevention follows registration and the system update. We recommend TalkBanStop for GamCare adviser support, free multi-device Gamban software and signposting to GAMSTOP.
We recommend GamCare's free self-assessment tool if you are curious or concerned about your gambling. GamCare's National Gambling Helpline provides one-to-one adviser support on 0808 8020 133 or through live chat on its own website.
We run a geographic affordability check at registration just before depositing using open-source and geographical statistics. Some members receive a mandatory deposit limit based on the result, with immediate notification. Further non-invasive checks include vulnerability checks as circumstances may change.
Contact our brokers
Our brokers are available from 8am to midnight for bet questions, account help or a chat. You can telephone us on 020 3238 3000. Our live chat is available on iOS.
